For years, the location that now holds BSG in Orchard Park would change every year or 2 into a new pizza place. The previous establishments couldn’t find a way to make it work (including Buffalo’s famous John & Mary’s). A couple years ago, a complete renovation (pictures available at website below) occurred and they turned this location into less of a restaurant and more of a sports bar. Wow has it worked out, combined with a growing rabid Buffalo Sabres fan base, and a devoted ‘biker gang’ (40+ year old suburban bikers) this place is THE place to watch a sports game in Orchard Park.
Their menu completely changed along with the interior, and they have some new items. One of the those new items are Waffle Fries (one of Alli’s favorites):
Above you see the Bases Loaded Fries at BSG. They contain waffle cut french fries (a nice treat), lots of cheese, and bacon bits. In addition to a side of blue cheese there isn’t much worse of a meal in terms of cardiac health. However it was mighty tastey.
