On this evening in October 2008, Alli and I had a lovely meal (plus some delicious pints of Alexander Keith’s) at Hamburg’s finest bar/restaurant JP Fitzgeralds. If Buffalo Sports Garden is THE place to eat/drink during a sports game in Orchard Park, JP’s is THE place to do it in Hamburg.
A warning for those who have not visited JP’s, on the weekends (including Thursday), this place can get packed. You have to be willing to wait around or get a beer at the bar (get yourself some delicious free popcorn while you wait!). But there is plenty of seating, and in the summer time there is a larger patio outside. So the wait usually doesn’t last too long.

I had the Buffalo Combo 2 (pictured above), which consisted of:
A mini beef on weck, 5 chicken wings, 3 chicken fingers and curly Q’s
Let me tell you, the wings were awesome. I was impressed to say the least. Living in Buffalo my whole life and having endless amount of Chicken wings, it takes a really good wing to impress me. I even loved the beef on the weck sandwhich. Overall it was a great value for roughly 8 bucks.
Very filling, however stay away from the Irish Beer Cheddar Soup. Not so good, take Al.
