Food Porn: Charlie O’Briens

One of my favorite places in Buffalo, and more importantly South Buffalo, is my favorite Irish pub: Charlie O’Briens.  I’ve gone there (to eat) since I was a kid and since I turned 21 its been my favorite place to drink.  You might have seen it in several of our postings, our 80′s explosion and my 24th birthday getting wasted fest, to name a few.

What I’ve never mentioned is they may have the best Chicken Finger Dinner anywhere.  No lie.

Their french fries are perfection in fried potato form.  They are hands down the best I’ve ever eaten, and I can only imagine ever will.  Perfect amount of crispy-ness and there steak cut, omg.  Now considering I know one of the part owners, I figured I have to give them some love with a Food Porn article.

We enjoyed ourselves an order a fries, french onion soup and a double order of wings (to change it up).  Along with pop and two pints of Yuengling it cost us about 19 after tax.  I highly recommend that everyone takes a trip into South Buffalo and enjoy themselves some amazing pub food, or just go for the $1.50 pints of Yuengling.  How could you not?
