This past January, Alli & I got to enjoy a lovely dinner at the Snooty Fox, an upscale place right near my work. Located right on Delaware (across from the Mansion, and near Founding Fathers), Snooty Fox is in an older building but with a renovated interior looks gorgeous. What I knew about the place is that it’s a popular place to grab a drink on the weekends, in fact on some Saturdays it’s almost impossible to walk around in there. What I didn’t know is I would love the food that they have there.
But we didn’t know about that ahead of time, so we took a shot in the dark and decided to try out Snooty Fox as a dinner option. Here’s how it went…
We started our meal out with a special that night, these Steak skewers (I apologize for the picture quality, it’s dimly lit inside). They were awesome, I swear it was some of the best steak I have ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked pieces of steak that didn’t need any type of sauce to bring out their great flavor. We also had the pleasure of having their flat bread’s which are phenomenal. Surprisingly the meals were not that expensive either, the flat breads are $13 and the steak was roughly $10.
For anyone looking for a sweet new happy hour joint, or just somewhere to go and feel alittle fancy. I highly recommend it. Also, Buffalo’s greatest quarterback that ever wore a 7 (yes I know Doug Flutie wore 7), goes there to drink sometimes.
