I don't remember the name of the sandwich, but considering we ordered this roughly 9 months ago i think the possibility to change a menu item is completely plausible. Otherwise I'm glad you love it, its a nice restaurant but considering there are 100s of other places to go eat around buffalo and they didn't "wow" me at all, I haven't gone back.

First of all I love how everyone thinks there a food cridict. There is no pesto or cheddar on that sandwich. There is sage on it. I go to Mode on regular bases and it is superb. LOVE IT!

Went here last summer and the service was very bad, but will give it a try again. Very hard to form opinions after one visit.

Tofu is really only good when it's deep fried ;-)

I am sure they make their own cranberyy mayo. Just look online there are tons of receipes. Most are just a mixture of cranberyy sauce and mayo. (Some also add salt and pepper, or a squeeze of fresh orange juice.)

1) I had tofu for the first time a couple years ago (in an Asian dish also) and the texture was the part that really bothered me. Ironically, I felt like I was eating some kind of weird animal part, like a cow brain or something.

2) Cranberry mayo is freakin' delicious, but I can't say I've seen it in a store unless you check maybe in like a gourmet food section. I bet it's easy to make tho, just mix some cranberries and mayo!
