		<description><![CDATA[I should have mentioned this in the article, my apologies.  However, the fish was NOT fried, it was broiled I assume.  It was light and flaky which I was really pleased with.  The traditional Mexican fish taco is deep fried, and often twice.  They batter and fry the fish, place the fish in an uncooked taco shell and deep fry altogether.  This way is tasty but I enjoyed the fresh taste of the broiled/seasoned fish.]]></description>
