Yum! It's been a few years since I've been there, but I love the Chophouse!

I have a funny story about them. A few years ago I went with a few friends one of whom ordered some gigantic, extremely expensive steak, rare. When he got the steak, he felt it was overcooked- certainly not rare. He decided to say something to the waiter (because honestly, when you are paying many tens of dollars for a steak, they should cook it the way you want it). The waiter was appropriately horrified, and he utter a sentence which has become famous among us since then, "I am so sorry, sir. You should not have to endure this." Then he whisked the half eaten steak away and soon replaced it with a new one fixed to my friend's liking. Then they comped all of our little ala carte sides. It was well handled by Chophouse.

We like to say, "You should not have to endure this," when talking about minor indignities whenever possible.
