In case you missed this last week (I just happened to turn it on), here is Pizza Junction on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I am now dying to try Beef on Weck pizza.

UPDATE #2: Unfortunately Pizza Junction closed their doors at the end of 2011, they will remain open but only as a “virtual” pizzeria shipping half frozen pizzas.

The only other restaurants that are confirmed to be on the show is South Buffalo’s Blackthorn but I’m hoping there are some more surprises coming.

Wow, I can’t wait to go back home and try the Beef on Weck Pizza!
Beef on Wick was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, including my own homemade. Loved Grover’s,but if you have the soup you are too full to enjoy the meal, only get a cup!!
