Nickel City Chef VIII: Krista Van Wagner vs Andrew Nuernburger

For those who weren’t lucky enough to make it to the Nickel City Chef competition on April 11th, you would have missed Nickel City Chef Krista Van Wagner of Lackawanna’s fine restaurant Curly’s facing off against new comer Andrew Nuernburger of East Aurora’s historic The Roycroft Inn.  Their special ingredient they had to use was dried and frozen Balaton Cherries supplied from Singer Farms Naturals.  Check out the video recap of the event:
