Back in September I had the chance to meet Ross Warhol and try some of his food at his Farm to Table Dinner at the Athenaeum Hotel at the Chautauqua Institute. Simply put it was an amazing meal. Both Alli and myself walked (barely) away thinking we had the best meal of the year. Once I started Eat It Up, I knew I wanted to have Ross come on the podcast and talk about his time in Spain working at el Bulli and what he has up his sleeves for the future (he’s only 24). We had a great conversation and I think you’ll enjoying listening to it.
Also, we are proud and honored to announce that we are joining Audio Buffalo’s podcast lineup, along side Nick Mendola, Brad Riter, BuffaBLOG Radio and In Pod Form. You’ll still be able to download our podcasts here and on iTunes, however if you head over to Buffalo.com/Audio you can listen to all of the shows in one convenient place. Big thanks to our sponsors Consumers Beverages and Lifetime Service Center (if you like our show please support our sponsors)!
