A month ago we had Ethan and Rudy from Community Beer Works stop by the Buffalo Eats Studio to chat. For those who haven’t heard about CBW, they are a local nano brewery located on 15 Lafayette in the West Side off Niagara St. After applying for several permits, getting a crew together, buying a lot of equipment, running a successful Kickstarter campaign and renovating a building and turning it into a brewery….they are almost ready to open their doors. We talked about the hard work that goes into opening a brewery, how Ethan and Rudy fell in love with beer, Buffalo’s own craft brew scene and much more.
