Eat It Up: Episode 27 – Chef Steve Gedra (Bistro Europa)


Last week we wrote a post about Bistro Europa’s “The Velvet Hammer” and how Steve and his wife Ellen nearly killed us with several courses of delicious food. It was a long over due re-visit to a restaurant that is considered one of the best in the city. Bistro Europa has received national attention and in May were voted WNY’s #2 Favorite Restaurant (yes, I was on panel). Last month Steve came over to the podcast studio to talk about his culinary past, how he’s turned Bistro Europa into the restaurant he wanted, his love of pork and more.
