This week marks our first Nickel City Chef on the podcast! We talked to Chef Jennifer Boye who’s the executive chef at the Mansion on Delaware and the newest Nickel City Chef (taking over for the recently departed Krista Van Wagner). On this episode we talk about how she made the decision to get into the culinary world, the lack of women executive chefs in the area, how she prepared and survived her Nickel City Chef challenge and value of an education in the kitchen.
