Mexican Flavors includes more then just recipes, throughout the book Laura explores the cuisines and specialties throughout different regions of Mexico. The pictures are fantastic and the recipes are actually approachable, even for a not so talented chef. Laura and her book have been featured on Buffalo Spree, Buffalo Rising and Edible Buffalo.
