Last Friday, Alli and Tom went to Lloyd Taco Truck’s 2nd Birthday Party at Artisan Kitchens and Baths on Amherst Street in Black Rock. Lloyd debuted some new menu items that were a huge hit and I hope to see them on the truck on a regular basis soon. Making an appearance that night was the Dirty South (a chicken and waffle taco with syrup and bacon mayo that was hugely popular with Alli and Tom), El Santo (Aztec rubbed ribeye taco), Skinny Thai (fried tofu with peanut sauce), Watermelon Salad and more. A large crowd showed up to support the truck and sample new and exciting tacos.
