On Wednesday October 24th, several of Buffalo’s most talented chefs will be coming together to raise money for a farm in need. The following Chef’s (and podcast guests) Steve Gedra, Bruce Wieszala, Ross Warhol, James Roberts, Chris Dorsaneo along with Jim Gaurino (Shango) will be serving various tasty treats from 6-8:30 at Artisan Kitchens and Baths. There will also be foods/drinks from Nickel City Cheese, Community Beer Works, T Meadow Farms, Oles Family Farm, Spar’s, Unfinished Farm, Painted Meadow and more. Honestly, these are the best of the best in Buffalo, it’s a pretty amazing compilation of awesome people and places coming together for a great cause.
Alli and I attended the first Big Fuss back in February and had an absolute blast eating delicious food, hanging out with some our foodie friends and enjoying the gorgeous Artisan Kitchens and Bath showroom. If you still need further confirmation about how great this event is, then read Ben T’s recap from last year’s event on Buffalo.com.
Along with dining on freshly prepared snacks, you’ll also be able to help raise money for an un-named farm by biding on various prize packages and ordering drinks at the cash bar. 100% of the money earned at the event will go to the farm, so buy your ticket now on Brown Paper tickets for $30 (you must be at least 21) and we’ll see you there!
