Just over a year ago, Delish moved their popular dessert shop on Elmwood to Amherst St in Black Rock. Deb Clark saw an opportunity to be part of an up and coming neighborhood and to move into a location that was a better fit for her cooking classes. Deb came over to the Buffalo Eats studio to talk about her start in the culinary world, her CIA experience, why she started baking desserts in the first place and how she’s enjoyed working in Black Rock.
