It’s no secret that Alli and I are big fans of Lloyd Taco Truck and nearly every time we visit the truck we see Teddy “Big Daddy” Bryant either at the window taking orders or whipping up some tacos. Over the years we’ve gotten to know Teddy and have always enjoyed talking to him at the truck, whether it was after IN on Monday nights or at 3am on Elmwood on a Saturday. While many Lloyd fans may know his name and face, they might not realize that Teddy has some serious cooking skills and has worked all over the US in some great kitchens. On this podcast, we talked about his culinary background, how he came back to Buffalo and some new things that you might see from Lloyd next year.
