Just a couple days ago we had Mike Dimmer and Christian Willmott, owners of Buffalo’s newest Food Truck (The Black Market Food Truck), over to the Buffalo Eats studio. We talked about their background in catering (they own/operate The Nines Catering Co.), how they found their 1968 truck, what types of food they plan on serving on the truck and more of their plans for 2013. They’ll start serving the general public this upcoming weekend, dishing out gourmet sandwiches, soups and other sides to lunch and late night crowds. You’ll be able to try their food this Friday night, outside of Acropolis and in front of Vera Pizzeria on Saturday night.
