Back on March 9th, 2010, Buffalo was featured on National Television for Chicken Wings (shocking I know). We were the focus of the series premiere episode of Food Wars, a new show for the Travel Channel where they put two local staples against each other and finally decide who makes “insert locally famous meal here” better. What made this special different then the countless others about Buffalo’s Chicken Wings is that it didn’t solely focus on the Anchor Bar. This episode had Duff’s face off against the Anchor Bar for taste test of who makes wings better, with the victory going to Duff’s with a vote of 3-2.
