In September of 2010, renown chef Geoffrey Zakarian talked about his love of Charlie The Butcher’s Beef on Weck. It was during the 4 season of The Best Thing I Ever Ate in their “At The Deli” episode. Zakarian’s wife is a Buffalo native and apparently introduced him to the sandwich.
