My goal for Eat It Up is to be a fun, casual show that sounds like you’ve come across some friends talking at a bar. My guests will range from people who are actively working in the restaurant industry (writers, chefs, waiters, bloggers, owners) to friends who have interesting projects and also happen to love food. Topics will range from the guest’s background, opinions on local and national topics to anything else I can think of. There are no strict guidelines for our interviews and occasionally conversations may include “coarse language”.
We’ll try to keep the episodes between 40 minutes to an hour and will release the episodes on Tuesday mornings (around 10am). We’ll include show notes with each song so that you can learn more about the guest and the topics we talk about. If you like the intro/outro song we use, you can follow our spotify playlist.
I hope you enjoy the show, this is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.
