Eat It Up

I love podcasts. I don’t have a degree in broadcast journalism or really any qualifications to host a podcast but I listen to probably 25 different shows a week. I also have all of the equipment needed (plus my brother who knows how to use it) and three years of food blogging under my belt, which will definitely help. My goal for Eat It Up is to be a fun, casual show that sounds like you’ve come across some friends talking at a bar. My guests will range from people who are actively working in the restaurant industry (writers, chefs, waiters, bloggers, owners) to friends who have interesting projects and also happen to love food. Our talks will range on topics from the guest’s background, opinions on local and national topics to anything else I can think of. There are no guidelines or rules for our interviews.

We’ll try to keep the episodes between 40 minutes to an hour and will release the episodes on Tuseday mornings (around 10am). If I mention something specific with the guest and don’t full explain the reference, you’ll be able to find a link in the show notes. You like the intro/outro song we use? That will be posted as well or you can follow our spotify playlist.
