Adam Pfleegor [Article Archive]
About Adam: What can I say other than the fact that I am a big fan of great food and delicious beer. It’s a simple concept but it was this that got me involved in blogging and eventually being brought on by Don to Buffalo Eats. I realized my passion for food at a young age when I realized I was a closet Food Network addict (I since have given in and made this information public!). I do not have an extensive background in food writing, however I have experience in sports writing and certainly a plethora of experience in eating food and drinking beer. In addition I have worked as a server, bartender and sou-chef in various restaurants over the past 6 years. I think that Western NY (Buffalo in particular) is a very underrated food and beverage destination. It has anything that one could think of or want from great local pubs all the way to amazing fine dinning spots. Hopefully you as well will realize this and enjoy what Buffalo has to offer.

Ann Marie Awad [Article Archive]
About Ann: Ann Marie is Senior at the University at Buffalo in her last semester. She currently writes for Buffalo Rising, Artvoice, Edible Buffalo, Block Club, and in the past wrote for UB’s Generation Magazine and the food blog Eat Me Daily. Aside from all this professional stuff, Ann loves to eat, drink and cook, and chatters incessantly about it, so she thought she’d ask very nicely (read: “Tell me how to write for you!”) to write for Buffalo Eats. She comes from parents straight out of Egypt that likewise love to eat and drink, even if they’d rather not admit it sometimes.
